• Two GEMA manual powder spray systems in the booth100% Line Speed is 6’-0 / min +-Titration of detergent and phosphate are controller monitored with metered injection of chemicals.
• Line Loading and Unloading may be done anywhere from 6’-0 or lower.275,000 BTU LP fired washer heating and 150,000 BTU Oven burner. 
• Cold startup time at 45 deg room temp to operating temp of 400 degrees is approximately 40 minutes. 
• Powder Coating booth has its own integrated dust collection system with purging and replaceable cartridge and secondary filters.
• The maximum part size of the system for continuous operation is approximately 30” deep x 60” High x 6’-0 Long. These limits are set by the conveyor turning radius inside the oven, which is a 3’-0 radius.
